How I can view a problem created in ProSolvr with the same details as a corresponding Jira issue
Go to your ProSolvr account and select the System you linked to your Jira project.
You will see the problem created for the Jira issue. In the example below.the problem Power Outage with problem number Pros-130 has been created in the System Tutorial App.
A fishbone map for this problem is automatically created as per the default template
Select your project from the list under the Projects tab
Click on the ticket that shows your issue
Jira ticket shows the fishbone link of the issue in ProSolvr
