Click on the Create tab. Enter Summary (Problem Title) and Description ( Problem
Description) and click on the Create button.
This will automatically create a problem in your ProSolvr system, including the Jira issue number, title, description, and assigned user. It will also indicate whether you are logged in to the ProSolvr or if you need to log in to generate the issue fishbone. However, you can click the refresh option in the ProSolvr issue context to refresh the status. In this case, the user is not logged in.
When the user is logged in but not linked to a ProSolvr system, the ProSolvr issue context menu on the right-hand panel will indicate this.
Click on Link and create RCA fishbone to connect your Jira project to a ProSolvr system and automatically generate a new issue RCA fishbone.
ProSolvr issue context menu on the right-hand panel will show the connection status after linking the Jira project to a ProSolvr system. A new comment reflects in the Activity panel along with a fishbone snapshot in the Jira issue.
