Click on the ProSolvr URL, this takes you to the Login
screen. Click on Signup for an Account.
You need an email or a Username and a password to sign
in. You provide these when you open a new account or
someone adds you as a collaborator in an application.
Click on the user initial name shown on the top right-hand side of
the Header on any screen and choose Sign out from the
drop down list.
Click on the user initial name shown on the top right-hand side of
the Header on any screen and choose Configure Account
Settings.
You can configure/customize the Component types for
Systems, Solution data for problems, cause
categories and sub-categories for a fishbone cause, and
Delete Users.
Only the owner/admin of an account has the privilege to
configure the settings.
