Click on Compute button next to the Recommendations in the Symptoms screen. It displays a list of Matched Problems, Most Likely Cause, Recommended Action, Suggested Priority and Suggested Assignee.
Click on the Compare button next to the
matched problem. It displays the matched and
unmatched symptoms.
Click on the Change match status button to the
left of the matched problem and choose 'Accept'
from the drop down list.
